Olamide dies in Iree
A Higher National Diploma applicant of Osun State Polytechnic, Iree, Omola Olamide, has reportedly died in the early hours of Tuesday after being rushed down to the institution's Health Center.
The unfortunate incident was said to have taken place at about 8:00 am.
According to a source, "Olamide travelled down to Iree for the registration for HND form. He decided to stay with his girlfriend, who is also a student of this institution and resides in New York Hostel.
" They both had nice time together yesterday (Monday) and that is why we are all shocked to hear of his death."
The deceased was said to be National Diploma graduate of Mass Communication and had graduated with the 2016/2017 set.
An insider also made it known that the lovers took meat pies as supper according to the confessions of the lady who received him at New York.
Olamide's remains had however been taken to his hometown for necessary burial arrangement.
