Resumption: Management Commends Deans, Directors, HODs

Tasks them to issue Exam Clearance to Students.

Following the Press Statement of authorities of Osun State Polytechnic Iree, directing all the management staff, including the  Deans, Directors, HODs and Coordinators of DPT programmes to report  to their duty posts,  the management has commended all  the Deans, Directors, HODs, and Coordinators for their compliance.

This commendation was given by the Registrar,  Barr.  B. M. Salawu following the visitation reports of the Monitoring Team led by the Deputy Rector to various faculties of the polytechnic on Tuesday.

According to the Report all the Deans, Directors,  and some of the HODs were met in their offices carrying out their normal duties.

The  management has also directed all the Deans,  HODs and Coordinators to start giving out the Examination Clearance to the students to enable them write the examinations which commence on Wednesday 4th July, 2018.

The Registrar warned that any erring officer who denies the students their clearance or frustrate the examination process would be considered a saboteur and would  be made to face the music accordingly.

In the light of this,  all affected students are urged  to go and collect their Exam Clearance from their respective Faculties and HODs, so that they would not be deprived of their examinations.

In the same vein,  the Registrar declared that  all hands are now on deck for the  Matriculation exercise of Part-Time students of the polytechnic slated for 11:00am on Monday 2nd, July 2018 at the ETF Building of the Institution's main campus .
