OSPOLY Announces Date For Full-Time 2025/2026 Matriculation Ceremony
The management of Osun State Polytechnic, Iree has announced Friday, April 17, 2026, as the official date for its 2025/2026 matriculation ceremony.
This was contained in an internal memorandum issued by the institution’s Directorate of Academic Affairs and signed on behalf of the Deputy Registrar (Academic Affairs). The notice is addressed to all Full Time Higher National Diploma (HND I), National Diploma (ND I), and Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE I) students.
According to the memorandum dated April 7, 2026, the ceremony is scheduled to be held at 11:00 a.m. at the ETF Hall of the institution.
The statement emphasized that only duly registered students as of Thursday, April 16, 2026, will be eligible to participate in the matriculation exercise. It further warned that any student who fails to complete registration and does not matriculate risks forfeiting his or her admission and studentship.
Students were also informed that academic gowns for the ceremony will be available for collection from faculty officers beginning Wednesday, April 15, 2026. The management directed that all gowns must be returned to the faculty offices on or before Monday, April 20, 2026.
The memorandum added that failure to return the academic gown as stipulated will attract a penalty of one thousand naira per day, alongside possible disciplinary actions.
The institution urged all concerned students to comply with the outlined guidelines to ensure a smooth and successful matriculation ceremony.
