The management of Osun State Polytechnic (OSPOLY), Iree, has announced the resumption of academic activities across all programmes and levels of the institution following the Eid-el-Kabir break.

The announcement was contained in a statement issued by the Registrar, Mr. Abiodun Oloyede on 31st May, 2026, who directed all students to return to campus for lectures and other academic activities with effect from Monday, June 1, 2026.

According to the Registrar, Daily Part-Time students are also expected to commence their first-semester examinations in the coming days.

Oloyede urged students, parents, guardians, and members of the public to disregard reports suggesting that the institution would not resume as scheduled, describing such information as false and misleading.

He stated that all necessary arrangements had been made to ensure the smooth continuation of academic activities.

The Registrar further assured students of their safety, noting that adequate security measures have been implemented to guarantee a conducive learning environment on campus.

The management reaffirmed its commitment to maintaining a stable academic calendar and urged students to comply with the resumption directive.
