The Management of Osun State Polytechnic (OSPOLY), Iree, has directed students who are yet to complete their registration for the 2025/2026 academic session to do so immediately.

The directive was contained in an internal memorandum issued by the Office of the Registrar and dated August 10, 2026, signed by the Registrar, Mr. Abiodun O. Oloyede.

Management expressed concern over the number of students who are yet to conclude the exercise despite the fact that registration was expected to have been completed earlier.

Affected students were therefore advised to finalise their registration and settle all outstanding fees without further delay.

The institution warned that students who fail to regularise their status would not be permitted to participate in the forthcoming Mid-Semester Computer-Based Examination (CBE).

The Registrar also cautioned students against abusing the provision for installment payment of fees, stressing that the concession offered by Management should not be taken for granted.

The memorandum further stated that appropriate action would be taken against students who fail to comply with the directive.

The instruction applies to both Full-Time and Part-Time students, who were urged to complete all necessary registration requirements ahead of the examination period.
