BREAKING: OSPOLY Suspends FYB Celebration, Declares Examination Break
This decision was announced in a memo issued by the Registrar, Mr. Abiodun O. Olayede, on Monday, 8th September, 2025.
According to the memo, the celebration was stopped because students failed to conduct themselves in an orderly manner during the event. The Registrar explained that the school could not allow activities that might disrupt peace and order on campus.
As a result of this decision, all full-time students have been directed to proceed on an examination break starting immediately. The break is to allow students to adequately prepare for their upcoming second-semester examinations.
The memo also clarified that the second semester examinations for the 2024/2025 academic session will begin as scheduled on Monday, 15th September, 2025 while students are expected to get ready for the exams within this period.
However, the school Management instructed all students to vacate the campus immediately and complete their registration if they have not yet done so. The Registrar emphasized that complying with these instructions is in the best interest of the students.
