Following outstanding performances in 2024/2025 season of Paris Saint-Germain and France international forward, Ousmane Dembélé has won the 2025 Ballon d’Or, world's football most prestigious individual award.
The announcement was made at the ceremony held today's Monday night in Paris where football stars including retired professional footballers who have won the same award years back.

The French international outpaced Barcelona and Spain skillful teenager, Lamine Yamal and several other top contenders to secure the award.
Dembele scored scored 35 goals and provided 16 assists across all competitions.
His victory serves as a testament to PSG's historic campaign, as the club lifted the UEFA Champions League for the first time, alongside winning the Ligue 1 title and the Coupe de France.
In the same vein, PSG's coach, Luis Enrique won the best manager, Paris Saint-Germain as the best team of the year 2025 and former PSG goalkeeper, Gigio Donnarumma was awarded best goalkeeper of 2025.
