The Management of Osun State Polytechnic (OSPOLY), Iree, has announced the resumption of academic activities after the Christmas and New Year break, directing students to complete all fee payments and registration within a specified deadline.
The directive was contained in an internal memorandum issued on Monday, January 5th, 2026, which was signed by the Registrar of the institution, Prince Abiodun Oloyede.
According to the memo, all returning students are expected to pay their prescribed fees and complete their registration promptly to avoid sanctions from the school authorities.
The Management also provided a clear deadline for newly admitted students, instructing those who had yet to pay their acceptance and school fees to do so on or before Tuesday, January 13, 2026.
The memo warned that failure to meet the deadline would result in the automatic removal of affected candidates’ names from the school portal to make room for applicants on the waiting list, stressing that no appeal would be considered after the closing date.
Furthermore, the institution emphasized that registration is mandatory for examination eligibility.
The memo also added that students who fail to complete their registration within the stipulated period will not be allowed to sit for the First Semester examinations for the 2025/2026 academic session.
The Management then urged all students to comply with the directive to ensure a smooth academic calendar and avoid unnecessary complications.
