How to Apply For Ospoly HND Full-time 2018/2019 Session

This article is to give the prospective Higher National Diploma students of Osun State Polytechnic Iree a step by step guide on how to buy and apply for the HND full time for the 2018/2019 academic session.

It is no longer news that the institution announced that the form is now on sale on the 23rd of May, 2018 and stated the requirements for the available courses.

Below is the step by step guide on how to get the form and start the online registration anywhere in the world via your data enabled phone, palmtop, laptop or desktop.

1.  Buy an online APPLICATION CARD at the sum of N10,500 (including N500 bank charges)  from OSPOLY Microfinance Bank Ltd: Iree, Ayetoro, Osogbo, Isokun Round About, Ilesa; UBA Plc, Iree, or Wema Bank, Iragbiji.

2.   Proceed to application.ospolyiree.com to complete the APPLICATION FORM online.

3. On the site, you will see a sidebar titled quicklinks. Click on start new application. It will take you to where you will enter the pin on the application scratch card that would be given to you at the bank.

4. Before you click start, click on the tab in front of programme and select Higher National Diploma. In front of session, select 2018/2019. Enter a password that you can remember; repeat the password on the tab in front of confirm password; enter the jamb registration number that you used for your National Diploma if you were a fulltime student but if you were not, you can go ahead and click start.

5. The start button that you clicked will take you to another page where you will fill a bio-data form and upload a very recent passport photograph of yours. Make sure you fill in your information carefully and accurately as any mistake can turnout to be very expensive.

6. When you are done with all the information you are asked to provide, go through it over again to be sure that the information is accurate. Then, you can submit the application form and print it out for reference and filling purpose when admitted.

Please note: completed Application form should be submitted online not later than 30 days from 23rd May, 2018. 

SPECIAL NOTICE FOR CANDIDATES

1. Candidates are advised to ensure that they personally and not by proxy fill-in appropriate information especially with regards to the arrangement of names, examination year and the exact Industrial Training (IT) date.

2. Only National Diploma Programmes duly accredited by the NBTE will be considered for the admission.

3. Candidates are advised to keep safe their scratch cards   as any loss will necessitate purchase of another scratch card.

4. Change of course after the payment of Acceptance Fee is not allowed.

5. Applicants are advised to provide correct and functional E-Mail Address and Telephone number while completing the application form on-line.

6. Date of Qualifying Examination will be announced in due course.

7. The Institution would not be liable for any erroneous information contained in the filling of the forms.
