Two Eligible Aspirants Withdraw From SUG Election Race
Two SUG aspirants under Team Path from the department of business administration, Oshokoya Azeez Olanrewaju popularly known as Dj Eazi and Kolawole Olamiposi nicknamed BORO have reportedly withdrawn from the SUG election due to lack of trust and transparency in the electioneering process.
This was contained in a letter written by both aspirants to the chairman of Independent Students Electoral Commission (ISEC) stating that they are withdrawing from the SUG electioneering process and it should be treated as a matter of urgency with top priority.
The letter which was differently written and signed by both aspirants with the title “LETTER OF NOTIFICATION ON MY WITHDRAWAL OF PARTICIPATION IN THE OSPOLY STUDENT UNION ELECTIONEERING PROCESS” revealed that they are withdrawing from the process following the lack of trust and transparency in the electioneering process.
It should be recalled that Oshokoya Azeez (Dj Eazi) was vying for the post of Social director under the Team Path while Kolawole Olamiposi (BORO) was also vying for the post of Sports Director under the same team.
