FICT Decides 2025: Josbright Promises Change, Declares Mission to Fix Neglected Issues at Faculty Manifesto

The Faculty of Information and Communication Technology (FICT), Osun State Polytechnic, Iree, today recently held its manifesto ahead of the much-anticipated faculty election.
During the event, the presidential aspirant, Omosanya Damilola Joseph, popularly known as Josbright, captured attention with his bold and inspiring address.
Josbright pledged to foster academic excellence across all seven departments under the faculty by introducing regular tutorials and collaborative learning sessions. He further promised to work closely with his executive team to make his tenure the best in the faculty’s history.
In his words, “I came to serve and be the voice of the voiceless. I will ensure welfarism and a better learning environment for all students by reaching out to management and demanding the necessary amenities that have long been neglected.”
He also emphasized promoting peace, unity, and accountability, assuring students that his administration will stand as a bridge between the students and the management.
Other aspirants equally presented their manifestos, vowing to improve on the lapses of the incumbent administration and ensure transparency, cooperation, and effective student representation.
The atmosphere was charged with optimism and anticipation as students eagerly awaited the FICT election, expected to determine the next phase of leadership and development within the faculty.
