BREAKING: NAMACOS Executive Presents 2025/2026 Budget to SRC
The National Association of Mass Communication Students (NAMACOS), Osun State Polytechnic, Iree, has presented its proposed 2025/2026 academic session budget to members of the Student Representative Council (SRC).
The presentation took place on Friday, February 27, 2026, at NLH 3 during a sitting presided over by the SRC leadership under Hon. Sen. Olaoye Benjamin.
Presenting the budget, NAMACOS President, Comrade Olayemi Kazeem, described the proposal as a strategic document aimed at advancing the interests of Mass Communication students. He noted that the budget outlines developmental plans and initiatives intended to justify departmental fees and positively impact students throughout the session.
Although the president did not disclose the total budget figure to NEB correspondents, he assured students of transparency and accountability in the execution of approved projects.
Moreover, the SRC also presented its budget to the Executive Council (TEC), highlighting its operational priorities for the session.
The sitting further witnessed the inauguration of the NAMACOS President as Chairman of the Projects Committee, with Afolabi Oluwasesun appointed as Secretary.
