JUST IN: OSPOLY Announces 3-Day Orientation, Declares Lecture-Free Days Feb. 10–12
The management of Osun State Polytechnic (OSPOLY), Iree, has announced a three-day orientation programme for newly admitted ND1 and HND1 full-time students for the 2025/2026 academic session.
The announcement was contained in an internal memorandum issued by the Registrar of the institution, Mr. Paul F. Olawoyin, dated February 3, 2026.
According to the memo, the orientation programme is scheduled to hold from Tuesday, February 10, to Thursday, February 12, 2026, and will run daily from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at PLT 1.

The programme is aimed at acquainting newly admitted students with the institution’s rules and regulations, academic expectations, and acceptable standards of conduct within the campus environment.
To ensure full participation, the management has declared the orientation period lecture-free for all ND1 and HND1 full-time students throughout the three days.
The memo further stated that attendance at the orientation is mandatory, warning that failure to participate may attract appropriate sanctions. An attendance register will be made available at the venue.
Heads of Departments have also been directed to ensure that all affected students comply strictly with the directive.
The Management urged all newly admitted students to take the programme seriously and adhere to the outlined schedule.
