The Management of Osun State Polytechnic (OSPOLY) Iree has officially announced the schedule for its forthcoming combined convocation ceremony, outlining a series of activities happening during the week up to the grand finale.
According to the write-up released by the institution, the convocation events will begin on March 20, 2026, with a press conference where the management is expected to brief the public on the ceremony and other institutional developments.
As part of the celebration, a novelty football match will be held on March 24, 2026, bringing together members of the polytechnic community in a friendly sporting event.
The activities will continue on March 25, 2026, with a convocation lecture and cocktail party, where guests and members of the academic community will gather to discuss issues relating to education and national development.
The convocation programme will conclude with the grand finale ceremony on Thursday, March 26, 2026, where graduating students will be formally awarded their certificates.
The combined convocation is expected to bring together graduands, alumni, academic staff, and dignitaries to celebrate the academic achievements of students who completed their programmes at the institution.
Management of the polytechnic also congratulated the graduating students and encouraged them to uphold the values of excellence and integrity as they move into the next phase of their careers.
