JUST IN: SRC Directs FICT Executive on Proper Record-Keeping for Teller-to-Receipt Conversion

The Student Representatives Council (SRC) of the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology (FICT) has issued a directive Memo to the Faculty Executive regarding the process of converting tellers to receipts.

In a memo released by the Student Representative Council today 4th March 2026, the SRC stated that before any teller is changed to a receipt for students, the Receipt must first be presented to the SRC for proper documentation and record-keeping.

According to the directive, this measure is aimed at ensuring transparency, accountability, and accurate financial records within the faculty.

The Council emphasized that compliance with this instruction is mandatory before receipts are issued to students.
