OSPOLY Directs HND II Students to Submit Bio-Data for Results, NYSC Mobilisation

The Management of Osun State Polytechnic (OSPOLY), Iree, has directed all Higher National Diploma (HND) II students to submit their bio-data forms as part of preparations for final result processing and National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) mobilisation.
The directive was contained in an internal memorandum dated April 15, 2026, issued by the office of the Deputy Registrar and addressed to all affected students.
According to the memo, the exercise is mandatory and aimed at ensuring proper documentation of graduating students for smooth processing of their academic records and participation in the NYSC scheme.
Students have been instructed to obtain the
bio-data form
fill it correctly
and attach two passport photographs
which must be properly fixed using gum as part of the submission requirements.
In addition, students are required to present evidence of their HND I registration, specifically the document referred to as “Copy C,” to verify their academic progression.
The institution fixed May 29, 2026, as the deadline for submission of the completed forms, warning that the deadline will be strictly enforced.
Students have therefore been advised to comply promptly, as failure to meet the deadline may affect the processing of their final results and subsequent mobilisation for the NYSC scheme.
