BREAKING: OSPOLY Releases Guidelines for Online Download of Final ND, HND Results

The Management of Osun State Polytechnic (OSPOLY), Iree, has released guidelines for 2024/2025 graduating ND and HND students seeking to obtain their final Statements of Result online.
The directive was contained in an internal memorandum dated August 21, 2026, with reference number OSPOLY/IR/AAO/158, and addressed to all graduating students.
According to the memorandum, students are required to complete a six-step clearance and digital verification process before accessing their final results online.
The process begins with students logging into their portals and selecting “Download Graduation Clearance Form.” They are then required to make payment for the certificate and download both the clearance form and payment receipt through the designated options on the portal.
Afterwards, students are expected to print and sign the clearance form before taking it to the various offices listed on the form to obtain the required signatures.
Upon completion of the clearance process, the signed form is to be submitted to the Examinations and Records Office for digital verification on the portal.
Following successful verification, students can log back into their portals to download the digital copy of their “Notification of Result.”
The institution urged all graduating students to follow the prescribed procedures carefully to ensure a smooth process in accessing their final results.
