    NEB REPORT

Several students were seen on the premises of Osun State Polytechnic (OSPOLY), Iree, on Sunday evening as they returned to campus ahead of the commencement of the Final Year Brethren (FYB) Week.

The students were observed around the school premises at about 6:30 p.m., with some taking photographs and creating memories with friends ahead of the week-long celebration scheduled to begin tomorrow.

The FYB Week, an annual celebration for final-year students, is organised to mark the completion of their academic journey at the Polytechnic.

The development comes amid security concerns following recent reports of alleged cult-related altercations within the school environment.

Although the students appeared to have returned mainly for photographs and preparations ahead of the celebration.

Students and other members of the Polytechnic community are advised to remain vigilant and conduct themselves responsibly during the celebration.

Meanwhile, attention remain on the Management and relevant security agencies to ensure that the FYB Week activities are conducted in a safe, peaceful, and orderly environment.
