OSPOLY DECIDED'26: OSPOLY ISEC Fixes September 19 for SUG Election
The Independent Students Electoral Commission (ISEC), Osun State Polytechnic ( OSPOLY ), Iree, has fixed Saturday, September 19, 2026, for the conduct of the Students’ Representative Council (SRC) election.
The election, according to a memorandum issued by the Commission on Wednesday, September 16, will be conducted online through the OSPOLY student portal from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
ISEC Chairman, Comrade Adeniyi Adekunle Rapheal, urged all bonafide students to take note of the schedule and prepare to participate in the election.
The Commission stated that accreditation and voting would commence strictly at 8:00 a.m., adding that no vote would be accepted after 3:00 p.m.
Speaking on the election, ISEC Public Relations Officer, Comrade Olayinka Victoria Pelumi, appealed to students to vote within the stipulated time and maintain peace, discipline, and cooperation throughout the process.
Students are expected to access the election through their individual portals, with the Commission urging all eligible voters to participate orderly.
