OSPOLY Dir Of Students Affairs Issues Ultimatum For Conduction Of Association's Elections, Calls For Submission Of Programmes For Approval
The Directorate of Student Affairs, Osun State Polytechnic (OSPOLY), Iree, has issued a directive mandating all Faculty, Departmental Presidents, and Presidents of registered clubs and associations to submit their programmes of activities for the 2024/2025 academic session.
In an Internal Memorandum released today, August 21, 2025 from the office of Directorate of Students' Affairs in which Mr. Oyedeji M.O signed for DSA, the memo instructed that all planned activities must fall between today, 21st August 2025, and 12th September 2025.
The submission, according to the memo, is necessary for proper monitoring, supervision, and provision of the necessary security support by the Directorate.
However, the memo then warned that strict compliance is expected from all concerned to ensure a smooth and well-organized academic and social calendar for the institution.
