• MAOS National President, Adekunle Sikiru, Congratulates HND2 Mass Comm On Final Paper, Encourages Exam Integrity

    The National President of Mass Communication Alumni Association of Osun State Polytechnic, Iree, Mr. Adekunle Sikiru known as Abacus, has today commemorated the Higher National Diploma (HND2) final year students of the department ahead their final examination tomorrow.


    This was issued out today October 12th, 2025 in a congratulatory message, signed by the president and obtained by the pressmen.


    According to the Adekunle Sikiru, he acknowledged students' perseverance, dedication, and hard work while it have eventually paid off.


    "Your perseverance, dedication, and hard work have paid off, and you should be incredibly proud of yourselves for attaining this level as a good product of Mass Communication Department, Osun State Polytechnic Iree," he said.


    He added that as a Lecturer who has played a huge role in their growth and development, the moment marks a significant achievement in their academic journey. He said the time spent at the Polytechnic "has been a stepping stone to greater opportunities, and I have no doubt that you will excel in your chosen paths."


    "As you sit for your last paper, I want to appeal to you all and urge you to approach the last paper with confidence, calmness, and integrity. Remember that the value of your certificate lies not just in passing, but in the knowledge and skills you've acquired. Your integrity and character in the examination hall on Monday will define your success in the last paper," he noted.


    Notwithstanding, the national president emphasized the importance of shunning examination malpractice especially during the last paper because of its essence in upholding academic integrity and maintaining the trust placed in students.


    As if that is not enough, Adekunle Sikiru further explained that "any form of malpractice can undermine the value of your hard-earned certificate and damage your reputation."


    "You are better than any malpractices. Trust in your abilities, trust in your preparation, and trust in the process. Your efforts will be rewarded, and your success will be a testament to your hard work and dedication."
