OSPOLY Mass Comm HOD, Dr. Akinrosoye Warns HND2 Final Year Students To Adhere To Mgt Sign-Out Rules
The Head of Department of Mass Communication, Osun State Polytechnic, Iree, Dr. Idowu Akinrosoye, has enjoined the Higher National Diploma (HND2) final year students to abide by the school Management's rules guiding sign-out procedures during their end-of-academic-journey celebration.
He revealed this while speaking recently with NEB correspondent stressing that signing out within the school premises as prohibited by Management should be observed.
Dr. Akinrosoye stated that students can go back to their various hostels and celebrate the end of their academic journey together with their hostel mates.
He emphasized on the olden days of celebration whereby final year students visit churches and mosques to offer thanksgiving to God for a successful completion of education, stating that it could be adopted.
He then warned the final year students to refrain from any act of examination malpractices that could bring their years of hard work into futile. He added that last examination is always strict, however, students moderate themselves politely.
Dr. Akinrosoye similarly congratulated all students for successfully completing their years of consistency, perseverance, dedication and relentless efforts put into their academics while he wished them success in their future endeavors.
