OSPOLY Directs ND, HND Students to Submit Dossiers Before July 31

The management of Osun State Polytechnic (OSPOLY), Iree, has directed all National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) students who are yet to submit their dossiers to do so on or before Friday, July 31, 2026.
The directive was contained in an internal memorandum dated July 23, 2026, issued by the Deputy Registrar, F.S.C., and addressed to all ND and HND students, which was signed by Mr. Gbadamosi I. on behalf of the Faculty Officer.
According to the memorandum, the institution observed that many students are yet to submit their dossiers to their respective Faculty Offices for further processing.
The management therefore instructed all affected students to submit their dossiers at their Faculty Offices from Friday, July 24, 2026, to Friday, July 31, 2026, to complete the required documentation.
The memorandum further warned that students who fail to comply with the directive within the stipulated period will be required to pay the prescribed penalty for late registration in line with the institution's policy.
